About Newsprint
Newsprint ek lightweight, uncoated paper grade hai jo primarily newspapers aur high-volume printing applications ke liye design kiya jata hai. Iski main characteristics low basis weight, suitable opacity, controlled absorbency aur high-speed printing ke liye good runnability hain.
Traditional newsprint mechanical pulp se banaya jata tha, jabki aaj recycled fibre bhi widely use hota hai.
Main Features
Lightweight Construction
Low GSM ke karan paper lightweight hota hai aur large-volume newspaper production ke liye suitable hota hai.
Good Printability
Newsprint ko newspaper printing ke liye develop kiya gaya hai aur web-offset printing mein consistent printing performance ke liye specifications maintain ki jati hain.
High Runnability
High-speed presses par continuous production ke liye paper ki runnability important characteristic hai. Commercial newsprint products specifically runnability aur printability ko key performance properties ke roop mein list karte hain.
Good Opacity
Thin paper hone ke bawajood opacity important hoti hai, taaki printing ka show-through control rahe. Commercial newsprint specifications commonly opacity values around 90%+ show karti hain, grade ke according.
Matt / Uncoated Surface
Newsprint generally coated glossy paper nahi hota; typical newsprint grades matt/uncoated finish mein available hote hain.
